In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "77g777" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 77g777.app, including all sub-pages, games, wagering products, and account services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a 77g777 account and accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration, through which all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus activity are managed.

Accounts found to be duplicates — whether registered to the same NID number, mobile number, bKash wallet, device fingerprint, or IP address — will be merged or closed at 77g777's sole discretion, and any outstanding balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to review and possible forfeiture.

Players are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their 77g777 Account. The following obligations and conditions apply to all Account holders:

• Dormant Accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more — may be subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

77g777 employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily locked pending investigation. 77g777 will notify the Account holder where possible and will endeavour to resolve investigations within 14 business days.

77g777 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 77g777 Account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. The minimum deposit is ৳500. 77g777 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is approved, 77g777 may require the Player to complete KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

• Withdrawal requests that have not yet been processed may be cancelled by the Player from within their Account dashboard.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 77g777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
